Teifi Seaweed is based on our Teifi Natural cheese with locally harvested seaweed that is added during the cheesemaking process. We use laver seaweed which is a popular ingredient in Welsh cuisine, adding a mild saltiness to the cheese. Seaweed contains iodine and essential minerals for a healthy body.
